This trip to the Dominican Republic was truly life changing and served as a way to grow in my faith. I had never been on a mission trip before and was eager to see what it would bring. I was fortunate enough to learn about the Lord, donate food, lay brick, and play baseball in a beautiful country. The thing that stood out most to me during my time here were the people. No matter what circumstances they were in, they always had a smile and were thankful. I will always be grateful for my time in the Dominican Republic and hope to be back soon!
